CUSTOMER CARE POLICY Of EMART VIETNAM


1. POLICY CHANGE / PAY
• Change / return within 15 days of purchase.
• Items purchased at Emart supermarkets are exchanged / paid at Emart supermarkets.
• When changing / returning the goods, the customer presents the purchase invoice and original VAT invoice (if applicable).
• Payment by credit card will be refunded to your credit card account. No cash back with credit card payments.
• For electronics and electrical appliances, the replacement / refund of the product will be subject to the specific labeling specified in the product warranty card.
• Non-return / exchange of goods:
»Alcohol, cigarettes, fresh food, frozen food, cold preserved food, processed or cooked food, products with a shelf life of less than 15 days.
»Cosmetics, accessories, underwear.
»The product is damaged due to non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions or maintenance instructions.
»Gifts in promotions, goods liquidation.


1. 교환/환불 정책
• 점포에서 교환/환불 가능 하고 동시에 영수증 지참
• 구입 후 7일 이내 교환/환불 가능
• 판매가능 정상상품에 한해 교환/환불 가능 (패키지 개봉, 파손, 의류수선 시 불가)
• 행사 상품을 교환/환불 할 때 사은품, 쿠폰, Voucher 등이 있으면 같이 지참 해야 한다.
• 교환/환불 불가능 상품
o 전자, 가전, 화장품, Accessories, underwear.
o 주류, 담배, 신선식품, 냉동/냉장 식품, 델리, 7일 이하 사용 기간 있는 상품.
o 사용설명서나 제조사의 보관 설명서에 따라 하지 않고 파손 되는 상품
o 행사기간 동안 받았던 사은품, clearance 상품
